A Splash of Red

I have my times, when I feel like I forget who I am.

And then I remembered something... that I'm the only one that can say who I am, be who I wanna be.

It felt good to just, sit down and paint, even if it is digital. But to paint what I wanted... to just let my hand flow an image from my mind. To me, it was an awesome feeling, to remember that I have this ability.

I don't expect anyone to be affected by this picture like it affected me when I painted it.

In short, this is a taste of what I really do when I make an effort of it. I hope I'll make some more pictures like this in the future.

Stats:
- roughly 3 hours
- 5 layers total: 1 layer for painting (2 colors used only), 3 layers for color FX, 1 for sig
- Photoshop 7.0 + Wacom Intuos 3
