Aaaaand another one down, with another not-really-play-on-words.

Alteon > Altitude

Design wise... I really didn't want to just give it wings or Sky Form Shaymin ears (or wings for ears). However I still wanted to keep some slight bird-like qualities. It doesn't have any feathers at all, though it can make it tail really flat like tail feathers.

I'll explain myself s'more in the pokedexing below~

Japanese Name: Oririko (attempting to derive from the word "oriru" which loosely translates "to alight" - or literally, "get off; descend; go or come down")

Height: 3'03" (99cm)
Weight: 42.5 lbs (19.2kg)

Type: Normal/Flying

Alteon cannot actually fly, however its stiff fur allows it to glide. By tucking its legs in and using the great control of its muscles, it can control its direction and speed of descent. Its light frame allows it to glide for a couple hours without wind.

Abilities:
- Overcoat: It will not take damage from weather effects.

- Natural Cure: All status problems are healed upon switching out.

I actually DID consider Cloud Nine, but Overcoat seemed to make more sense to me for some reason... |D; or maybe I just didn't wanna over power it? *shot* (Flying types rarely catch a break anyway lol)

That's why I suggested it as a Hidden Ability. |D Besides, we could use some more weather negating pokes in a metagame dominated by Sun and Rain (especially rain).
