Part 10 of a series of 12.

The Monkey is the ninth animal of the zodiac. It's main element is metal. Of which I tried to make the background look like a kind of iron ore. You can be the judge of that.

The Monkey, Rooster, and Dog all have the main element of Metal.

To my knowledge, none of the animals in the Chinese Zodiac have the natural element of Earth. However the element itself bonds with the other main elements in some way. If you're into that, feel free to do the research on your own time. ^^; Because I'd probably just end up boring people with the details.

Orange/red + Yellow = Fire
Brown = Earth
Grey + Dark Grey = Metal
Blue = Water
Green = Wood

The Kanji means "monkey", this is the Traditional Chinese Kanji. If the style seems different than the past animals, it's because it looked too busy to the eye with the element orb thing plus the mostly gray background.

Next will be the Rooster.

I laughed my head off when I figured out my grade six teacher was a monkey, It kinda suited him too. He was a kind of funny cheeky person! ( I'm not in grade six no more, I be in HIGH SCHOOL)
